Trainee Programs at ALTANA
Not ready to commit to a specific position yet, but interested in getting to know different departments, sites, or business units within the ALTANA Group? Our trainee program offers a structured yet flexible way to get started.
Over the course of two years, you’ll work on various projects and across multiple locations. You’ll build technical expertise, develop a company-wide network, and gain a deep understanding of the ALTANA Group.
Our trainee programs are available in areas such as Corporate Innovation, Finance & Controlling, Procurement, Corporate Development, and HR.
Direct Entry into the ALTANA Group
As a direct entry, you will take on responsibility early on following a structured onboarding process. At ALTANA, this means you make decisions, actively shaping the future, and continuously developing new initiatives. We create positions with clear responsibilities and room for initiative, and we support you through targeted professional development opportunities.
