Pupils at the ALTANA Group

Are you looking for a way to get started that helps you find your footing? With an apprenticeship or school internship at the ALTANA Group, you gain insight into different areas of work and get involved from day one.

Hands-on learning

Want to find out which career is right for you? With a school internship at ALTANA, you gain insight into different areas of work and experience our day-to-day operations up close. This helps you better understand your interests and gain initial experience to support your career choices. We welcome your application for a school internship.

From the very start of your apprenticeship, you’ll be part of a team. You’ll take on responsibility and develop your skills step by step. Experienced trainers will support you both professionally and personally. Our apprenticeship programs open up a wide range of opportunities for you through specializations or further qualifications, for example, to become an industrial foreman or a paint or chemical engineer.

In a dual study program, you combine your studies at a university or vocational academy with intensive practical training periods at the ALTANA Group, with the content of both components carefully coordinated. By the end of the program, you will have acquired in-depth technical knowledge, practical experience, and important soft skills—a combination that opens up many opportunities for your career path.
